A new year begins

 Start the new year with a fresh detox smoothie.  You can make one up yourself, if you've got you're own smoothi machine, and Innocent smoothie have shared some of their amazing receipe's which you can get from Amazon.  I can recommend the 'morning after' as a good detox smoothie, but of course there are many more to choose from.

As you may have noticed, Transform Me has moved away from nails and is bringing in some new topics.

 Rings on her fingers is still undergoing a revamp, and will take a while before the new website is born.

In the meantime, media and news is preaching doom and gloom for the year ahead - whilst everyone is on a tight budget, but while the doors close for many of those facing redundancy, many doors could be opening and giving us new opportunities if we are willing to be open to them.  Here's wishing everyone a healthy and prosperous year ahead for 2011.
